I VOTED FOR TIM DEEGAN!

Why did I vote for him?

First off, I am straight. It was important for me, and my sense of self to state that.

Now onto the reason why.

1. Girls : Girls love him. I think it's good that they love him. Why? Onto reason 2.

2.Confidence : He exudes a calm confidence which I believe is an important example for young people. You can be confident being a young person who is not studying medicine, or law, or science. You can be a confidnet, bright eyed young person hosting shows about celebrity romances. Doing so doesn't change who you are and the globaly-consientious things you do with your own celebrity status when the cameras aren't rolling.

3. Kindness : You can be a confident, handsome, male and still be genuinely kind. I sense that Tim is that kind of guy; the proceeds from the concert he gave in his hometown were all for a local women's shelter (just to garner points for his vj bid? hey man, you gotta believe.).

Why Do People Watch Much Music?

or any other music/entertainment station?

I can tell you why I watch.

1. Beautiful People : Physical beauty attracts me.

2. Bright/Colorful : The attractive presentation with its striking colors allures me.

3. Stories : Stories about other people, other people who seem to be doing interesting and exciting things. Human beings learn about their environment through experience (like animals), but also through abstraction (hence: stories).

Reality TV Shows

I didn't used to watch reality tv shows, but, I am starting to find that they do have genuine value.

Not just genuine value, but, I say that they are contributing to the betterment of the human race.

"The most fascinating things for human beings are: other human beings."

The advent of the reality tv show has been a very important step in the evolution of a human society which has an insatiable need to know about its fellows and fillies.
